STARSAN is the brand of Ningbo Xingcheng Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of forklift parts. Founded in 2017. Located at No. 10 Meilin Road, Sanqishi Town, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China. The company integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of forklift components. Mission: to be a globally trusted industrial partner, defining industry standards with reliable quality.

Scale and Capacity

120+ employees including 30+ technical staff. Annual production capacity of 50,000+ sets of forklift parts. German TRUMPF production management system introduced in 2020.

Product Lines

Core line is forklift brake systems: foot brake pedal assemblies, brake master cylinders, brake slave cylinders, brake valves, vacuum boosters. Also forklift hydraulic pumps and components; steering and operator controls (steering column assemblies, hand brakes, gear shift mechanisms); LPG tank brackets and custom structural weldments; full-process custom sheet metal fabrication (tooling, laser cutting, stamping, bending, welding, coating, assembly); OEM/ODM engineering and manufacturing from drawing/sample review to mass production.

Manufacturing Equipment

Sheet metal workshop with TRUMPF laser cutting machines and turret punch presses. Machining workshop: 200 CNC machines, 20+ Swiss-type lathes, 100+ CNC lathes with robotic automation. Welding workshop: 7 FANUC welding robots. Complete liquid painting and powder coating lines. Inspection lab: CMM, high/low temperature test, tensile test, profilometer, microstructure analysis.
